High School PE

The Physical Education Program in High School provides for physical, mental, social, and emotional skill development, which will aid them in everyday life and choices. The emphasis in the High School Physical Education program is to develop this understanding and skill through participation in physical activity.

Activities: The following activities will be used to develop understanding of movement concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.
